Backups
Huismus backs up your administration every day, to every place you turn on: a folder, Dropbox or WebDAV. A backup is one file with your invoices, quotes, customers, expenses, receipts and logo. Your mail password and the key for AI assistants are left out on purpose. -
Exporting
Want to use your administration outside Huismus, for your accountant or in a spreadsheet? Download an export: one ZIP with your invoices, quotes, customers and expenses as CSV, with the PDFs and receipts. You can open it without Huismus. -
Mail
You mail an invoice, credit note or quote straight from Huismus, with the PDF attached. You can do that once the invoice or credit note is issued, or the quote is sent. The mail goes through your own Gmail or the mail server of your own domain. No other service sits in between. -
AI assistants
You can let an AI assistant, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, work with your records. The assistant can then read what's in them, make drafts and, if you approve, issue and mail. You work in the assistant's app. In Huismus you only connect it. -
The desktop app
With the desktop app you use Huismus as an ordinary app on your Mac or Windows PC, without a server. Your records then live on your own computer. The app works on macOS 14 or newer with an Apple chip, and on Windows 10 or newer. -
On your phone
Does Huismus run on a server, such as a Raspberry Pi or a NAS? Then you can put it on your phone, tablet or laptop as an app. You don't need an app store for it. You get its own icon and a window without an address bar.
